Weekly markets

At the weekly traditional markets, you can find all kinds of vegetables, fruit, cheese, meat and fish, as well as clothing, accessories and other local products. They take place from 8am to 1pm.

Saturday: Villeréal (highly recommended), Belvès, Sarlat
Sunday: Lacapelle-Biron (April-October), Issigeac
Monday: Cancon
Tuesday: Castillonnès, Beaumont, Villeneuve-sur-Lot
Wednesday: Casseneuil, Bergerac, Sarlat
Thursday: Monflanquin, Monpazier
Friday: Le Buisson de Cadouin, Bergerac

The "Marchés des Producteurs de Pays" et "Marchés gourmands"

These markets usually go on in the evening and are a festive event: accompanied by music, you can sit at one of the many tables in the middle of the village centre and enjoy all the delicacies the local producers have to offer. This certainly does not mean that you can only find traditional food, there is a wide variety of dishes and snacks. Remember to bring your own cutlery! These markets only take place in July and August.
